We recommended that the contractor working on the construction of Masaka City roads should employ a qualified and experienced safety trainer and training should be done regularly. We also recommended that Workers should always participate in the hazard and risk identification process and be done frequently and regularly. Finally, we recommended that the contractor should have an emergency response plan, the site clinic should be well-equipped, first-aid kits should be provided both in vehicles and on-site, and also establish an emergency rescue team.en_US
