    Abstract
    It is requiredof students who take up the Plan B option for the Master of Science in Construction Management Post graduate degree programme at the college of Engineering, Design, Art and Technology of Makerere University, to undertake a Masters Project during the study. The purpose of the Masters of the Masters Project assignment is to enable the students to demonstrate their ability to independently formulate and write a detailed technical report about their involvement in a recent project. This report presents the activities that the Author was engaged in while executing the project and how they applied their technical, project management and contract administration knowledge to execute the project successly.
